I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a good size, very clean, and a great place to relax after a cowboy win. However, there were some issues with a molded comforter, flying bugs, and mold in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the front desk staff didn't even respond to the complaints after they were reported.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, spacious, had a good bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The location was perfect for the event I attended, making it very convenient. However, the price may be a bit on the higher side, but the value for money was still good.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, perfect for families with children. While the service was attentive and accommodating to our needs, the location provided great convenience for exploring the Arlington Entertainment District. However, the dining options were just average, and the facilities showed signs of deterioration. Despite these issues, the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
